Learning Experience Designer
CPaT Global, LLC
I managed a team of instructional designers and acted as the lead instructional designer, shaping online learning experiences for commercial aviation pilots and cabin crew. I developed and standardized the organization's instructional design processes. I built and delivered comprehensive onboarding and continuous professional development training systems for ID staff and subject matter experts. I played a significant part in strategic initiatives, including the transition from a linear (ADDIE) to an iterative (SAM) instructional design methodology and transitioning from a long-form lesson format to microlessons. I contributed to company representation and thought leadership at global industry conferences.

Instructional Technologist
Berlin-Boylston Regional School District
I trained and supported teachers and staff how to use classroom and digital technologies to enhance learning. I designed and led professional development programs that equipped teachers to effectively use digital tools and software to improve learning outcomes. I produced weekly how-to videos and a blog and provided in-person technical support. A notable achievement was securing a grant to develop a student-led newscast, an initiative where students delivered announcements and produced engaging stories.

Director of Children's Ministries
I developed curricula and designed lessons for all children’s ministry programs, including Sunday school, Vacation Bible School, and monthly events. I recruited, trained, and scheduled a volunteer staff of up to 200 people. I also initiated, designed, and developed a foundational, organization-wide training system that equipped all staff and volunteers with safe sanctuary best practices and the use of the Church Management Software (ChMS).

I created a robust resource website that served as an information portal, providing ELL educators and administrators with timely access to compliance regulations and deadlines. My work included developing a series of customizable best practice manuals that guided program administrators in compliance decision-making and documentation, and designing dynamic, fillable PDF forms that reduced documentation errors and increased efficiency.
